We are seeking a skilled and reliable Van Delivery Driver to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Van Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a company van to deliver and collect parcels from our clients' Parcelshop and Smart Locker network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and Collect Parcels: Safely and efficiently operate a company van to deliver and collect parcels from our clients' Parcelshop and Smart Locker network.
  • Manual Loading and Unloading: Manually load and unload vehicles with packages, ensuring all parcels are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Follow Established Routes: Follow established delivery routes and schedules, ensuring all parcels are delivered to the correct location.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to recipients and senders, responding to any queries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Complete Paperwork: Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Assist in Warehouse: Assist in the warehouse, particularly with the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring all parcels are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK Driver's License: A valid UK driver's license is required for this role.
  • Driving Assessment: Ability to pass a driving assessment, ensuring you meet the necessary standards for safe and efficient driving.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this role, ensuring you can effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Physical Ability: Physical ability to manually load and unload vehicles, ensuring all parcels are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work 5-6 shifts per week, including weekends, ensuring you can meet the demands of this role.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organisational skills are required for this role, ensuring you can effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks.
