We are on the lookout for a seasoned marketing professional to enhance and propel the marketing initiatives of AVK UK.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
In this position, you will collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to fulfill strategic goals aligned with AVK UK Ltd.'s business objectives.
Develop and implement the marketing strategy in accordance with business aims; conduct pertinent industry market assessments, pinpoint new prospects, and assist managers in executing their market segment, product, and service strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product teams, sales, partners, and analysts to effectively position products/services, emphasizing their unique features.
- Document and understand customer processes to drive enhancements in our sales and marketing methodologies.
- Plan and execute the launch of new and existing products/services, generating monthly reports that reflect metrics, project status, objectives, and challenges.
- Manage PR/Communications, create professional product toolkits including brochures and presentations, utilizing both traditional and modern digital/social channels.
- Develop communication materials such as core briefs, presentations, exhibition content, customer events, product training materials, case studies, news articles, and social media content.
- Assist in producing high-quality graphic design and marketing-related copy for all media channels, including printed, digital, social media, presentations, and webinars.
- Support the creation and delivery of product webinars and training videos, including storyboard development and script writing.
- Conduct competitive research on market entrants and potential partners to refine the broader business strategy.
- Oversee and coordinate the rollout of campaigns for new products and services according to a structured plan.
- Provide effective support for graphic design and marketing-related outputs, including in-house animation, photography, and videography services.
- Lead the creation and organization of exhibitions/events, ensuring timely completion of messaging and materials within budget.
- Manage Trade Association events/meetings to maximize visibility.
- Coordinate content that drives data between CRM, ERP, DM, and SM platforms.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements related to marketing communications, particularly concerning Data Protection and marketing consent.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B context.
- Marketing qualification at degree level or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with creative agencies and/or external contractors, including briefing, management, and creative assessment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software:
Adobe Creative Cloud:
InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro / After Effects.
- Competent in all Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven relationship management skills.
- Results-driven with the capability to plan and meet project deadlines.
