As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle: Overseeing all stages of the hiring process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Crafting compelling job postings: Developing high-quality job advertisements and role descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to align with recruitment needs.
  • Planning and executing recruitment initiatives: Strategizing and coordinating recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Handling recruitment inquiries: Managing the recruitment communication channel, serving as the primary contact for all recruitment-related questions.

Compensation and Benefits:
