About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled After Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at haart Estate Agents in Medway. As an After Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth completion of property sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register client details and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process, including mortgage advisers, solicitors, buyers, vendors, and surveyors
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
  • Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion
Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role
  • Experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills to drive career growth within the property industry
  • Passionate about haart, our values, and processes
  • Hunger to earn and drive to work hard and reap rewards from dedication

  • Basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000 (depending on experience)
