About the Role
- Lead and shape a diverse range of projects in Scotland, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with our team of experts to deliver high-quality services, including principal designer and CDM services.
- Contribute to business development, identifying new opportunities and helping to drive growth within the business.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them to navigate complex health and safety issues.
About You
- Comprehensive knowledge of Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015.
- Healthcare sector experience, with a strong understanding of the specific health and safety challenges faced by this sector.
- Security clearance, due to the sensitivity of the projects we work on.
- Practical experience in managing or providing dedicated CDM / H&S advisor services/role.
- Experience in either construction site safety or design (Architecture, Engineering, Surveying etc.).
- NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety preferred (or equivalent).
