Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Mamas & Papas Cheltenham concession store with NEXT. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all customers
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall performance of the store
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Sundays
