Mobile Vehicle SMART/Wheel Repair Technician Vacancy

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Vehicle SMART/Wheel Repair Technician to join our team in the Berkshire region. As a Mobile Vehicle SMART/Wheel Repair Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality SMART and wheel repair services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform SMART and wheel repairs on a mobile basis, using a fully equipped company van and mobile lathe machine.
  • Work independently, managing your own workload and diary.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in vehicle SMART repair or alloy wheel repair is highly advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering first-class service.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • UK driving licence with minimal points.
