Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and public projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough building surveys, inspections, and assessments to identify defects, necessary repairs, and overall condition.
  • Provide expert advice on building regulations, safety, and environmental considerations.
  • Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior surveyors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building surveying, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and construction standards.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary ranging from £47,500 to £55,000, dependent on experience and chartership.
  • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays and the ability to buy/sell.
  • 10% pension contribution.
  • Private medical insurance.
  • Hybrid working with a 3:2 split.
