Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bodyshop Administrator to join our team at Listers. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Bodyshop.

This opportunity is initially available on a temporary basis, with the potential for a longer-term position within our organization.

The working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm, totaling 40 hours per week. The compensation for this role is £11.50 per hour, along with a monthly performance bonus of up to £300.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support general Bodyshop administration to uphold audit standards.
  • Communicate with clients to schedule repairs and manage bookings effectively.
  • Provide timely and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, both internal and external.
  • Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate the disposal of damaged parts within specified timelines and maintain disposal records.
  • Prepare job cards and manage parts orders, alongside various other administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the parts department, including ordering, booking, and securely storing parts awaiting installation.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Trainee Bodyshop Administrator or a seasoned Bodyshop Administrator.

Applicants should possess a foundational understanding of accounts or demonstrate strong numerical and administrative capabilities.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel, and a minimum educational qualification of A Level or equivalent.

Exceptional telephone communication skills are essential, and a valid UK driving license is required.
