About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and connect with highly skilled professionals through innovative outreach methods.
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates, providing long-term value and strategic insights to drive business growth.
  • Research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Engage with top-level executives, business leaders, and hiring managers to deliver exceptional client service and exceed expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with making a high volume of outreach calls and engaging in client/candidate discussions.
