We are seeking an experienced Production Shift Manager to join our team at Tailor Made Resources. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes, meeting customer requirements, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve shift output targets.
  2. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  3. Maintain compliance with audit requirements and achieve targeted GMP levels.
  4. Implement Lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in operational and manufacturing management in a FMCG / Food / Fresh Produce environment.
  2. Effective team management skills, with a track record of success in supervisory or management roles.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a team.
  4. Ability to implement and deliver against a plan, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.

Shift / Hours: DAYS, 4-on - 4-off; 8AM TO 8PM

Salary: up to £38,800, dependent on experience

Location: Kent
