Job Summary

Taylors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Gloucester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations to maximize sales opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve the best possible prices
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the estate agency industry
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
