Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for client roles
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients on the recruitment process and candidate progress

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and technology to manage the recruitment process
