Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Conduct Predictive Maintenance (PPMs) to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
  • Carry out reactive maintenance tasks in response to equipment failures or other issues
  • Assist with building maintenance, including repairs and upgrades
  • Install and commission new equipment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical control panels
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
