About the Role

As a Relief Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the needs of every individual child are met. This includes supporting parents with any Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Alternative and Augmentative Language (ASL) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Observation, Assessments, and Planning for key children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Developmentally Challenging Next Steps to support children's growth and development
  • Encouraging and Praising Children's Achievements
  • Providing a Fun and Engaging Environment
