Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging language instructor to deliver high-quality online lessons to students from around the world. As a Learnlight instructor, you will be responsible for creating personalized learning plans, providing feedback, and monitoring student progress.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging online lessons to students
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Provide regular feedback and assessment to students
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and students

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A foreign language teaching qualification (e.g. TEFL, CELTA, TESOL)
  • A minimum of two years' language teaching experience
  • Proficiency in the language taught

Availability

  • Ability to commit to a fixed schedule for a minimum of one year
  • A minimum of 10 hours per week of fixed availability during our prime times (06:00 - 09:00 / 12:00 – 15:00 / 17:00 – 20:00 / 22:00 – 01:00 UTC/GMT)

Technical Requirements

  • At least 10Mbps speed internet connection
  • Laptop/Desktop computer
  • Headset
  • Webcam

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced level in a second language
  • Business background
