You will combine your artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You will believe in making our products accessible to everyone, adapting your style to suit the needs of your customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
* Building solid relationships with team members and management
* Championing world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience
* Adapting your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities
* Following company grooming standards
Requirements:
* NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
* Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and a desire to spread the word
* Experience in applying makeup and adapting to different customers
