Job SummaryCircle Health Group is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support and expertise to our hospital Senior Management Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Control: Ensure that Circle Health Group's financial control policies are followed, maintaining a disciplined and consistent approach to the management of costs and working capital.
- Financial Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and ad hoc training on financial matters and the use of financial tools within hospitals.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to support business decision-making.
- Experience: Five years plus experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
- Skills: Strong technology skills, including computerised financial systems and Microsoft Office. Formal finance qualification.
- Personal Qualities: Selfless, compassionate, committed, collaborative, brave, agile, tenacious, and creative.
