Job Title: Care Field Supervisor

Eleanor Care is a leading healthcare provider in the UK, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to our clients across various specialties. Our vision is to provide exceptional care experiences and help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans and risk assessments within 48 hours of receiving care packages.
  • Coordinate and manage care worker changeovers and briefings on all care packages.
  • Conduct home visits to evaluate, monitor, and review care worker performance.
  • Encourage care workers to maximize their time effectively.
  • Provide emergency care call cover when required by the branch.
  • Ensure all care workers complete their mandatory training annually and report any non-compliance to the Recruitment & Retention Officer or Branch Manager.
  • Participate in training to improve knowledge and skill base.
  • Adhere to CQC, Eleanor Policies & Procedures, and rules of confidentiality at all times.
  • Promote best practices among home care workers.
Requirements:
  • Driver with own vehicle
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills
Job Type:

Full-time

Starting salary: £23,000

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with some weekends
