Job Summary

The Organisational Development Facilitator will play a key role within the Organisational Development Team, coordinating the full range of OD activities and providing specialist advice and guidance on organisational development support for individuals, teams, and the organisation.

Main Duties
  • Coordinate the full range of OD activities for the team, including learning and development activities, team interventions, workshops, meetings, staff events, focus groups, and interviews.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance on organisational development support for individuals, teams, and the organisation, using initiative to respond to queries and manage and respond to incoming requests for OD support.
  • Contribute to the co-ordination of team activities to manage demand and capacity, and support the integration of equality, diversity, and inclusion practices in OD.
  • Develop effective working relationships with colleagues, peers across the Trust, internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional manner that reflects the values and principles of the Trust and OD.
  • Use own initiative to make changes that improve the work of the team and supports establishing successful OD practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or collaborate in the facilitation of OD activities, including learning and development activities, team interventions, workshops, meetings, staff events, focus groups, and interviews.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date information and OD resources for staff use, and curate, develop, and maintain up-to-date information and OD resources for staff use.
  • Develop content and communications that support the work of the team, including presentations, reports, emails, newsletters, marketing material, and other relevant documents.
  • Support the integration of equality, diversity, and inclusion practices in OD, and develop effective working relationships with colleagues, peers across the Trust, internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional manner that reflects the values and principles of the Trust and OD.
  • Use own initiative to make changes that improve the work of the team and supports establishing successful OD practices.
