Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics and repairs of commercial vehicles.
- Execute major unit exchanges.
- Report quality issues noted during tasks.
- Assist OEMs as needed.
- Support new product launches.
- Aid sales team in promoting product performance and growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Minimize customer asset downtime.
- Coordinate with Health & Safety and Field Service Managers on issues.
- Keep health & safety training up to date.
- Timely completion of engineering reports.
- Conduct stock takes per annual plan.
- Work extra hours as needed.
- Undertake product-specific training when requested.
- Completed engineering apprenticeship.
- Field services and engineering background.
- Full UK driving license.
- Company Vehicle.
