We are seeking a skilled Dental Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our mobile technical staff, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs of commercial vehicles.
  • Execute major unit exchanges.
  • Report quality issues noted during tasks.
Customer Support
  • Assist OEMs as needed.
  • Support new product launches.
  • Aid sales team in promoting product performance and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Minimize customer asset downtime.
  • Coordinate with Health & Safety and Field Service Managers on issues.
  • Keep health & safety training up to date.
Reporting and Administration
  • Timely completion of engineering reports.
  • Conduct stock takes per annual plan.
  • Work extra hours as needed.
Training
  • Undertake product-specific training when requested.
Requirements
  • Completed engineering apprenticeship.
  • Field services and engineering background.
  • Full UK driving license.
