Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of automated test suites to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with software teams, technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality standards are met
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and methodologies
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using VBScript or similar scripting languages
  • Identify and address complex testing and development challenges through strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Provide clear and concise reporting of test results, issues, and improvements to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in test automation, including expertise with industry-standard tools and methodologies
  • Strong technical skills in test automation, including experience with tools like UFTOne, Tosca, TestComplete or similar
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail for thorough and accurate testing
  • Strong communication and documentation skills for clear reporting of test results, issues, and improvements
  • A proactive and motivated approach to teamwork, with the ability to mentor and support other team members
