About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to make a real impact on our business performance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and insights that drive business change and support informed decision-making at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the period-end review by owning the relevant Group accounts
  • Support segmental reporting of the Group
  • Liaise with and review each segment's performance, including our Joint Venture, Ocado Retail
  • Own various internal and external FP&A reporting required to drive business performance and support external stakeholders, including our investors and analysts
  • Produce analysis and investor-ready content to support Investor Relations through year-end
  • Produce analysis to understand revenue and cost, as required, across the P&L and cash flow
  • Review and interpret the balance sheet to evaluate movements and provide appropriate commercial analysis
  • Other relevant FP&A tasks, as required
About You
  • Over 4 years' experience in a Finance based role
  • Experience in Commercial Finance, Group Finance, FP&A or Practice will be relevant
  • Relevant accounting qualification, or equivalent experience (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CFA)
  • High levels of resilience and positivity and exceptional attention to detail
  • Willing to take a hands-on approach to solving business problems, never heard saying 'that's not my job'
