Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Ward Nurse to join our team on a locum basis. As a Registered Ward Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, including doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying and addressing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Document patient information, progress, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with active NMC Registration (Adult)
- Recent nursing experience in the UK
