Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to school staff and pupils.
  • Utilize school computer systems for data entry and student information management.
  • Assist the Office Manager with a range of administrative tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication with students, staff, and parents in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, handling deliveries, and covering the school reception.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • A strong commitment to education and supporting the learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
  • The right to work within the UK.
  • Willingness to obtain a Child Workforce Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided).

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, with hours from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Part-time applications will also be considered.
