Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to school staff and pupils.
- Utilize school computer systems for data entry and student information management.
- Assist the Office Manager with a range of administrative tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with students, staff, and parents in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, handling deliveries, and covering the school reception.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- A strong commitment to education and supporting the learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
- The right to work within the UK.
- Willingness to obtain a Child Workforce Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided).
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, with hours from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Part-time applications will also be considered.
