About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our Aviation Division in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring successful delivery and effective collaboration with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial and contractual matters on the contract
  • Lead and motivate an assistant surveyor to deliver the project
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A recognized qualification from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), or Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES)
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and/or Quantity Surveyor
