About the Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and interviewing candidates to fulfill precise business briefs and client requirements. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and care, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Customer Relationship Management team in providing the most suitable candidates in a timely manner
  • Use multiple platforms to attract and engage with candidates
  • Interview and register candidates via telephone and video calls
  • Maintain and nurture a database of existing candidates
  • Proactively track and manage the candidate journey by keeping up-to-date with candidates' job search, ensuring excellent communication and customer care
  • Generate potential new business opportunities through various forms of lead generation
  • Perform various administration tasks relating to the recruitment process
Requirements
  • Possess a warm, friendly, and resilient attitude
  • Have superb verbal and written interpersonal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly and easily
  • Be credible and capable of influencing others
  • Be team-oriented with a positive and empathetic attitude and a good sense of humour
  • Have great listening skills and a naturally empathetic personality

Package

We offer a competitive package, including:

  • £24k - £26k basic salary with uncapped bonuses and realistic OTE of £28k - £33k
  • 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
  • 23 days holiday rising 1 day per year up to 27 days
  • Other great benefits including private healthcare, enhanced pension scheme, life assurance, Perkbox, and free parking
