Location: Tresham College, Kettering

Role Overview:
We are in search of a Facilities Operations Coordinator to become part of The Bedford College Group at Tresham College.
The successful candidate will deliver a comprehensive array of services to ensure that the facilities' environment aligns with the objectives and aspirations of the Bedford College Group.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: security management, portering services, maintenance tasks, grounds upkeep, health and safety assessments, driving duties, and cleaning responsibilities.
Candidate Profile:
Ideal applicants will possess:
- A readiness to engage in relevant training.
- A commitment to acquiring foundational health and safety knowledge.
- Experience in public interaction and working with youth.
- Skills in managing diverse situations involving individuals of various age groups.
- A basic understanding of adhering to written protocols and guidelines.
- The capability to work independently while also supporting team members.
- Proficiency in diffusing potentially challenging situations calmly and appropriately.
- The ability to follow both verbal and written directives.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- A current, valid full driving license.
- Access to a vehicle and the ability to work across all College locations.
- Flexibility to provide weekend coverage as needed.
- Availability for contact via telephone, occasionally at short notice.

The Bedford College Group was established in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College, becoming the largest educational provider in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students enrolled annually.
