Job Summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Records Clerk to join our Admin team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the outpatients department and Portree Hospital, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the outpatients department and Portree Hospital
  • Answer calls, deal with patients, and manage the Patient Management System (PMS)
  • Manage outpatient waiting lists, build clinics, and organize appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' administrative experience and excellent communication and customer service skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality services, we encourage you to apply.
