The Role

We are seeking a commercially focused Senior Ecommerce and Trading Manager to lead our ecommerce function as we grow both in the UK and internationally. This role will take ownership of the DTC trading channel, drive sales and conversion, manage stock budgeting and forecasting, and enhance the customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy in collaboration with the Digital team.
  • Own the DTC channel and drive sales budgets across our 4 Shopify stores.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting on an annual, monthly, and weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with merch to ensure optimal stock levels and forecast product performance.
  • Report and analyze website performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage daily operations on the Shopify stores, ensuring accurate and optimized product listing, trade-led VM, and navigation.
  • Own the trading and marketing calendar with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the wider digital team for promotional activities, collection launches, email, performance marketing, and influencer campaigns.
  • Lead website enhancements and customer journeys to support conversion and AOV uplifts.
  • Lead the international strategy and manage all aspects of localizing websites.
  • Manage on-page SEO, ensuring optimal site structure and technical setup.
  • Act as the website brand guardian, ensuring a seamless brand experience at all times.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in ecommerce trading and VM.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience working within fashion retail.
  • Commercially minded and highly numeric.
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
  • International experience, ideally in the US.
  • Good understanding of creative needs within luxury fashion.
  • A self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.
