Your Role as an HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver

  • Operate HGV refuse vehicles (RCVs) to collect wheelie bins from commercial properties.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Securely load and transport waste materials, ensuring proper placement and stability.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips and rest breaks in accordance with regulations.
  • Deliver, remove, and exchange skips and hook bins as required.
