We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our dynamic team at Industria Personnel Services. As a Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage shift operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues promptly.
- Proven track record of understanding and managing warehouse & picking/loading performance to KPIs.
- Experience of involvement in disciplinary, grievance, appraisal, and performance management situations.
- Experience of having managed a sizeable operation at a Middle or Senior Management level.
- Fully conversant with warehouse processes: Goods In, Goods out, Picking and Packing.
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
