Join Our Team as a Delivery Driver

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering goods to our customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and collect goods from our warehouse and deliver them to customers nationwide
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that goods are left in a secure and safe location
  • Work closely with our engineers and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process
  • Take responsibility for the efficient running of the warehouse, including Goods In, Goods Out, Pack Build, Goods Assembly, Returns, and Stock Control
  • Support on other tasks as required, such as vehicle pick-ups, vehicle maintenance, cleaning/servicing equipment, and checking inventory
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
  • Physically fit to meet the demands of a multi-drop driving and warehouse role
  • Ability to speak confidently and comfortably with customers, with a friendly, proactive, and 'can-do' attitude
  • Full UK driving license (no more than 3 points)
  • Experience driving and operating a ton Luton Van (or similar), ideally in a customer-facing role
  • Forklift driving experience is desirable but not essential

  • Salary £26,000 basic salary (+ London weighting if living within M25)
