About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our catering team as a Service Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our university's catering department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve guests with food, drinks, and refreshments to the highest standard
  • Report any client queries, problems, or accidents to your Line Manager
  • Operate a till in line with company standards, with training provided
  • Dispose of rubbish and maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Assist with kitchen duties, including cleaning schedules and equipment maintenance
  • Support the delivery and serving of food, including barista and food service functions after training
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a catering role, be punctual, reliable, and flexible. You should be passionate and motivated, with a strong desire to work as part of a team. Our catering team has high standards, and we expect our staff to match these.
