Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Practitioner to join our team at Ridgepark House in Lanark. As a key member of our staff, you will provide personalized support to individuals with autism, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans for each individual, incorporating consistency and structure tailored to their needs.
  • Participate in a range of activities, including long scenic walks, swimming, bowling, baking, gardening, and planned trips and visits to places of interest.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a nurturing environment that promotes independence and holistic well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of outstanding training programs to ensure staff have the skills to deliver a quality service.
