Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity of the building and its equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of facility systems on a scheduled basis

- Handle procurement and financial transactions for facility needs
- Ensure the safety and visual appeal of the premises

- Oversee inventory management, including orders and compliance

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in plumbing is advantageous
