Our client is seeking multiple Senior Civil Design Engineers (Water) to work on major long-term water industry frameworks across the UK. This is an exciting time to be working in the water industry, collaborating with passionate organisations to create positive change.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting the Principal Engineer in managing projects.
  2. Preparing conceptual, schematic, and detailed design of water and wastewater infrastructure assets including treatment works, pumping stations, sewers, and pumping mains.
  3. Creating outline and detailed design drawings, as well as associated construction-ready documentation.
  4. Generating concise and well-organised design calculations, reports, drawings, and other deliverables.
  5. Collaborating with contractors, the supply chain, and various project stakeholders.
  6. Mentoring and providing support for the professional development of junior team members.

You will need a good grasp and working knowledge of relevant British Standards, UK Industry Codes of Practice, and Water Specifications. A demonstrated proficiency in technical design across multiple disciplines within project environments is essential.
