HGV Instructor Opportunity

The Recruitment Co is proud to offer an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company based in the logistics industry.

Job Summary:
  • Deliver high-quality training courses to commercial clients, in-house drivers, and clients on various pieces of plant vehicles, including HGV lorries and classroom-based training.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for LGV Driver Training Cat C and CE, Plant and Mechanical handling training, and Driver CPC periodic training.
  • Contribute to the expansion of our client's Driver Training Academy by creating new training courses and materials to meet customer needs.
  • Represent the Driver Training Academy in a professional manner when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Train candidates to DVSA test standard in all categories of LGV.
  • Deliver Driver CPC courses and participate in the writing of new course material.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the logistics training industry.
  • Utilize computer skills to support training delivery and administration.
  • Hold a valid LGV CE full licence and have held it for over 3 years.
