Insurance Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Insurance Account Executive to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As an Insurance Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships within the Insurance Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work with clients face-to-face, on the phone, or via video calls to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to grow our business and develop a portfolio of clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and support colleagues in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Experience gained from within the Insurance Industry from a similar role.
  • Relevant qualifications, although not essential, as we offer opportunities to gain these once you join us.
  • Ability to bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with the team and support others.
