About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join our team at eRecruitSmart. As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for the assembly of electronic components in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic connectors and other components using the appropriate tools and techniques
  • Inspect electronic connectors and other components at each stage of the assembly process
  • Work with araldite glues and resins
  • Assemble CAT5 / CAT6 / Power Cables
  • Mechanically assemble a full range of products
  • Pack and document all products as required
  • Ensure quality standards are always maintained in accordance with the QMS procedures
  • Promptly notify the Production Manager of any assembly, quality or other problems
  • Keep the assembly area tidy and maintain a good standard of housekeeping
  • Timely and thorough completion of documentation
  • Warehouse duties including correctly picking and/or packing of products
  • Booking in/out of stock and stock taking duties as and when required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
