Job Title: Public Health Design Engineer

Our client is a leading MEP consulting engineering firm in the UK, part of a global group with over 30,000 professionals. They have a strong presence in various sectors, including science, research, higher education, healthcare, commercial, residential, retail, industrial, mission-critical, and government.

The company is seeking a Public Health Engineer to join their team. As a Public Health Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving matters related to public health, waste management, and environmental health. Your primary goal will be to ensure that buildings are not only comfortable but also hygienic and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a sustainable approach to systems, including hot and cold water services, above and below ground drainage, rainwater collection and disposal systems, water conservation and recycling, pollution control, and waste management and treatment.
  • Design fire suppression systems and gas systems.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects.
