The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in managing complex projects, including fit-out, external works, and high-end finishes. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, ensuring that all aspects of the project are coordinated and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure
  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure project delivery
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certifications
