Job Summary

We're seeking an International Experience Specialist EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for implementing a comprehensive onboarding program that ensures a seamless and memorable transition for new hires.

You'll facilitate virtual onboarding sessions, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate employee experience events to foster a positive company culture.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires in the EMEA region
  • Facilitate engaging virtual onboarding sessions to ensure a consistent and inclusive experience
  • Manage administrative tasks, including new hire documentation, access setup, and workspace preparation
  • Coordinate employee experience events to promote team building and engagement
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for new hires and provide timely support
  • Track new hire lunch budgets and ensure accurate time clock setup and tracking
  • Coordinate the logistical aspects of our annual internship summer program
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience in HR or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or related position
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
