About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Trevarna, a care home that provides high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents, providing personalized care and support to meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, in line with their individual care plans
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
