Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Zizzi. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Restaurant Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
    • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to help team members grow and succeed.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that every customer has a positive and memorable dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Marketing and Promotions
    • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
    • Passion for Italian cuisine and customer service.
