About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps Engineering Manager to join our Global Vodafone Cyber Security team. As a key member of our Security Monitoring and Analytics domain, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our customers and critical systems against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SMA DevOps team in delivering effective and efficient services, adhering to DevOps best practices.
  • Ensure high-quality code is delivered, with effective metrics, review processes, and retrospectives.
  • Oversee all SMA DevOps tooling, including Git, Nexus, Jenkins, and GitLab.
Requirements
  • Apprenticeship or degree qualified in Computer Science, Cyber, or Engineering discipline.
  • Proven track record of running/line managing a software development team in an Agile environment using CI/CD.
  • Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, system testing, test-driven development, release management to production environments.
  • Some knowledge of Python, JSON, IaC, Bash, and other scripting languages.
