We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Assistant to support an individual with autism in their daily life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emotional support, assistance with daily tasks, and promoting independence.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life and develop your skills and experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the individual with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Assist with transportation to appointments and social activities.
  • Encourage socialization and participation in activities.
  • Develop a trusting and supportive relationship with the individual.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance as needed.

The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and able to work independently.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of autism and its effects.
