Job Summary

CPI Selection is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development of new business opportunities.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, 360-degree closing role with a focus on new business development. You will be working with a proven solution to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) grow their business to the next level. You will have the freedom and autonomy to work remotely and manage your own weekly diary, typically organizing and enjoying at least 4 or 5 client visits per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SME market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at SMEs
  • Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful implementation of our solution
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary of £35,000, plus uncapped commission of up to £15,000 and a £6,000 car allowance or company car. You will also have the opportunity to progress to a Business Development Director role, with a salary of £45-50,000, plus £20-25,000 commission and car allowance or company car.

Onboarding Process

We have a structured onboarding process that lasts for 3 weeks, which includes great training and genuine support. You will be given all the tools and knowledge you need to make a successful career in sales.
