Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Senior Site Manager/Contracts Manager
- Responsible for the day-to-day running and operations on site of one floor of large project
- Responsible for management of construction on your floor, including sub-contractors
- Oversee the running of your floor with regards to health & safety, program, and quality
- Liaising with a range of professionals, i.e., Designers, Consultants
- Management responsibilities for all Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Commercial approach to manage project effectively
- Ensuring delivery of the project onsite to a high quality
Requirements:
- Previous Site Management experience
- Previous experience with commercial fit-out projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong construction knowledge
- Teamwork and Commitment
- Site Management qualification
- Asbestos Awareness
- First Aid Trained
