Job Overview

This part-time Fitness Instructor role combines employment with the Waterside Hotel and Leisure Club with a self-employed Personal Trainer license. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 PT Qualification and be able to evidence excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver gym appointments, including BIOCIRCUIT inductions and reviews
  • Create engaging social media content
  • Lead designated studio/gym floor workshops
  • Make gym appointment calls to confirm member attendance
  • Maintain a tidy gym floor during downtime
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as required
Person Specification
  • Enthusiastic and personable, with excellent communication skills
  • Able to motivate and interact with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
